Delete your account and data

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for EverRun: Training Load & Plan (com.everrun.app), published by EverRun. You do not need to install or open the app to make a request, and you do not need to sign in to read this page.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

If you still have EverRun installed, this is immediate and needs no one's help:

  1. Open EverRun.
  2. Go to the You tab, then Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. You are signed out and the data stored on your device is cleared straight away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you:

Email support@everrun.app with the subject “Account deletion request”.

Include the email address you signed up with, so we can find the right account. You do not need to give a reason.

We will confirm by replying to that address. If the address you write from is not the one on the account, we may ask you for something that confirms the account is yours before we delete it — this protects you from someone else deleting your training history.

What happens next

A deletion request starts a 30-day grace period. Your account is scheduled for deletion, and nothing is permanently removed from our servers until those 30 days have passed. This exists so that a request made by mistake, or in frustration, can be undone — sign back in during that window, or email us, and we will cancel it. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

What gets deleted

When the deletion completes, the following are permanently removed from our servers:

Data held on your phone is cleared when you delete the account from inside the app, and is removed entirely when you uninstall EverRun.

What is kept, and why

WhatWhy, and for how long
Security audit logs Kept, but anonymised. Your user ID, IP address and device string are erased from these records, so the entry remains as evidence that an action occurred without identifying you. These logs exist to detect abuse and unauthorised access.
Crash and error logs Kept, but anonymised. Your user ID is removed. What remains is the technical detail of a fault, which we use to fix bugs.
Backups Deleted records may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups rotate out. They are not restored to the live service.

There are no purchase or transaction records to keep. EverRun is free, and there is nothing to buy in the app, so we hold no billing history for you.

Data we never held in the first place

EverRun reads workouts from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, with your permission. That data belongs to you and lives in those systems, not ours — deleting your EverRun account does not and cannot delete it. To remove it, use Apple Health or Health Connect directly, on your device. Revoking EverRun's permission there also stops any further reading immediately.
